Purpose of These Terms & Conditions

When you access the myn99 platform, register an account, or play any game, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. This agreement is a legal commitment between myn99 and the player.

If you disagree with any provision stated in this document, you should stop using the platform immediately. myn99 may update these terms at any time with prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Age Restriction and Access

The myn99 platform is intended for players aged 21 and above only. No account will be opened for anyone below the required age. If myn99 finds during verification that a player registered with false information, the account may be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

• Each player may open only one account.
• Opening an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Only residents of Myanmar may register an account.

Account Opening and Registration

Players must ensure that their name, contact number, and any other requested details are accurate. myn99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account that was registered with incorrect or non-existent information.

• The player's name must match the name on their payment account.
• Do not share your account details with any third party.
• Players are personally responsible for the security of their account access.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at [email protected].

Account Restrictions and Closures

myn99 may restrict or close an account without prior notice for the following reasons—

• If a breach of any of these terms is found
• If chargebacks or suspected fraudulent activity are identified
• If you suspect that an account has been opened using a stolen identity
• If a bonus is found to have been claimed through fraudulent means
• If a player requests to self-exclude

Deposit

Deposit methods available at myn99 include KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks.

• Deposits must be made from your own bank or payment account only.
• Third-party payments will not be accepted.
• Funds will be credited to your account only after the deposit has been confirmed by myn99.
• If you experience a technical issue during a deposit, contact us immediately via 24/7 Live Chat.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Once a withdrawal request is reviewed by myn99, it is normally processed within 5–30 minutes.

• Withdrawals will only be sent back to the same payment account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals can only be made after the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• myn99 may verify any withdrawal request to ensure it meets the required conditions.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be processed before account verification is complete.

First Deposit Bonus (Welcome Bonus)

The myn99 welcome bonus gives 100% of your first deposit, up to 200,000 Ks. Players who claim this bonus must wager 15x the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example calculations—

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive 20,000 Ks bonus → balance becomes 40,000 Ks → wagering required: 20,000 × 15 = 300,000 Ks before withdrawal.
• Deposit 420,000 Ks → receive 200,000 Ks bonus → balance becomes 620,000 Ks → wagering required: 200,000 × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks before withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per player.
• Bonuses cannot be cashed out directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• myn99 may specify which game types count toward bonus wagering.
• Bonuses may be revoked in the event of disputes or technical errors.
• If myn99 determines that a player is placing large bets solely to clear a bonus (bonus abuse), the bonus may be cancelled.

VIP Tiered Cashback

The myn99 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier receives a weekly cashback—

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Players at any VIP tier can move up based on their play activity and continued engagement.

Fair Play Policy

myn99 uses SSL encryption and fair play technology to protect players' funds and personal data. Players must not use external software, bots, or any form of cheating.

• Any attempt to manipulate game results may lead to account suspension and confiscation of funds.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a network failure, myn99's system records will serve as the final reference.
• The final outcome of any game is determined by myn99's server records.

Anti-Money Laundering

myn99 strictly prohibits money laundering and unlawful financial activity. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities.

• Players must not allow third parties to use their account for deposits or withdrawals.
• If myn99 detects that funds are being exchanged through the platform, those funds may be placed on hold.

Intellectual Property Protection

All designs, logos, software code, game content, and any other material on the myn99 platform are the intellectual property of myn99 and must not be copied, distributed, or modified without authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

myn99 cannot be held liable for player losses, loss of access, losses caused by third-party actions, or losses resulting from technical errors. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis.

• myn99 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's own decisions.
• Players are solely responsible for any play that exceeds the budget limit they have set for themselves.

Personal Data Protection

Responsible Gaming Policy

myn99 strongly encourages responsible gaming. Gambling is for entertainment only and is not a way to earn income. Players can set their own spending limits and may request self-exclusion if they feel they are playing too much.
